At Mokobara, we want you to love your new gear as much as we loved designing it. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, dust bags, and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary doorstep pickup through our courier partner within 24-48 hours.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
